Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment function, getting requirements, job posting, interview, make offer and induction.
• To organize and coordinate the recruitment & selection procedure, in cooperation with the Hiring Manager in order to consistently and efficiently attract and select the right people.
• To set up external networks in order to attract the right people.
• To administrate recruitment data and to regularly report to line management in order to increase the efficiency and quality of the recruitment operations.
• Collaborate with the team to continue improving the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment function.
• Have recruitment experience in a retail business or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken English and excellent Thai proficiency.
• Team player, good judgment, well organized, systematic thinking and has a sense of entrepreneurship.
• Able to work with deadline & under pressure.
