About the Role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner, translating business challenges into people strategies. In this role, you will coach leaders to drive culture and operational efficiency through simplified HR excellence. You will embody our team spirit by bringing our values and human fundamentals to life, creating a positive human, environmental, and economic impact for sustainable performance.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

Managerial Responsibility

  • Develop, enrich, and take care of human capital to create collective and individual value.
  • Create safe conditions and care for yourself, your teammates, and your ecosystem on a daily basis.
  • Embody the company culture and define the target organization while recruiting and onboarding teammates without compromising essential criteria.
  • Drive our management model to foster responsibility, autonomy, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Drive the development and transmission of teammates' skills to support both collective projects and individual career paths.
  • Manage compensation and benefits in line with internal policy while leading change for operational excellence.

 

Culture Guardian & Leadership Enabler

  • Upskill managers in human responsibilities like recruitment, performance, and well-being so they act as the "first HR" for their teams.
  • Coach managers to internalize the company's purpose and cultivate a fair, inclusive working environment.
  • Support managers on team dynamics to cultivate an environment where autonomy drives high performance and pleasure at work.
  • Analyze internal barometer insights alongside managers to design impactful local dialogue actions.
  • Guarantee compliance with the legal framework and internal policies.

 

Business Partner

  • Act as a Strategic Business Partner to translate challenges into a value-creating HR roadmap and anticipate mid-term human needs.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational efficiency, strategic workforce planning, and future capabilities like AI.
  • Manage talent reviews with business leaders and ensure succession planning aligns with future organizational needs.
  • Support transformations and change projects by guiding managers and ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Track human and technological trends to challenge and inspire innovative organizational designs.

 

Local Deployment & HR Excellence

  • Translate global HR policies into simplified local strategies to facilitate smooth adoption by managers.
  • Apply people journey processes locally by proactively mastering the 10 HR processes.
  • Utilize HR Data and dashboards to monitor key indicators and inform leaders for better decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Global HR Partners and process accountables in areas like Talent Management, Legal, and Transformation.
  • Country-Level Process & Project Ownership (Strategic Driver)
  • Cross-Domain Connectivity: Serve as a Country Process or Project Owner, connecting with other functional domains to gain a macro overview of country-wide operations.
  • Strategy to Daily Operations: Partner with HR teammates and internal operational teams to translate high-level country strategic goals into actionable daily floor operations.
  • Impact & Career Enrichment: Leverage broad cross-functional exposure to drive country-level projects, enriching your leadership capabilities and accelerating your professional growth.

 

Qualifications

  • More than 2 years in generalist HR or management. Knowledge of labor law basics & HR Data tools.
  • Operational efficiency, process simplification, supporting managers on standard cycles within a single Business Unit.
  • Proven ability to support a single Business Unit or support function, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, standard HR process simplification
  • Highly adaptable with a continuous learning mindset, and strong interpersonal communication
  • Critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach to daily business needs
  • Fundamental understanding of local labor law compliance, HR data tools, and workforce administration processes.
  • Can communication in English and Thai
  • Experience working with plant leaders including production goals, handling shift-work hiring, factory labor laws, and worker safety issues is advantageous.
