- More than 2 years in generalist HR or management. Knowledge of labor law basics & HR Data tools.
- Operational efficiency, process simplification, supporting managers on standard cycles within a single Business Unit.
- Proven ability to support a single Business Unit or support function, maintaining a strong focus on operational efficiency, standard HR process simplification.
- Highly adaptable with a continuous learning mindset, and strong interpersonal communication.
- Critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative approach to daily business needs.
- Fundamental understanding of local labor law compliance, HR data tools, and workforce administration processes.
- Can communication in English and Thai.
