Watches & Fine Jewelry Manager

Key Responsibilities
WFJ Business Performance
WFJ Development
  • Become the champion for WFJ, inspiring the retail and office teams around WFJ
  • Develop FJ business in Thailand in its two dimensions: Precious Jewelry and High Jewelry
  • Develop High End Business: designing 360 plan and coordinate with other functions in Fashion team develop client data-base and partnership with external parties
Planning the WFJ Business Strategies
  • Put together 3-year strategies and one-year plan in line with the strategies with the relevant parties
  • Put together budget in line with the agreed strategies; lay out business plan details and the relevant ANP budget
  • Perform continued analysis of Sales, Clients, Brand Equity Survey and Competition data feeding the strategic discussion
  • Understanding market trends, competitors, and client trends in order to design the services and journey to best catering to clients' expectation
Execution of the Business Plan
  • Execute the agreed upon plan with the relevant parties
  • Orchestrate products launches and communication campaigns
  • Manage POS activities in coordination with Fashion
WFJ Product Management
  • Order and optimize ordering system
  • Manage inventory with Finance
  • Manage stock transfers between POS and between Thailand and other Markets.
  • Manage special orders of HJ
  • Be the key contact with regional team, especially for HJ event and routing
People Engagement & Development
  • Develop Boutique Staff campaigns to support new launches and drive WFJ business to achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Build and nurture WFJ community to create strong platform for experts to develop themselves and be the reference
  • Partner with L&D and Retail team in developing capability of experts and recruiting more potential experts
  • Build and animate WFJ community within FA networks to ensure highest engagement level and to resulting in higher WFJ sales
  • Ensure collaborative activities with Style Team
Retail Operations, Services & After-sales Improvement
  • Coordinate with Retail-Ops Manager and CASS Manager in improving the retail process to give better experiences to clients and ensure highest efficiency of the services
  • Provide the highest level of after-sales services and to be on better standard compared to our WFJ competitors
Qualifications:
  • At least Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of work experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in luxury industry
  • Candidates with experience in Watch & Fine Jewelry / Retail is highly preferred
  • Excellent collaboration & communication skills
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Operations Management skill including planning and organizing, ability to navigate matrix
  • Business acumen i.e. able to gather and communicate business and markets trend, understand and synthesize business and market intelligence, develop clear and challenging but achievable goals and maintain commitment to goals even in difficult situation
  • Leadership skills including empathy, selflessness, caring, being a role model, coaching and motivating
  • Keen eyes for details and strive for excellence
  • Problem solving skills
  • Agility, flexibility and adaptability
