About the company Products: Consumer electronics and electrical equipment Business Type: General Trading Company; General Appliances / Electrical Equipment;
Workplace Area: BTS Surasak, Bangkok Working Hour: 9:00-17:00
- Support exporting procedure of component parts to Head Office (EGYPT) and Japanese partner
- Make updated quotation monthly base on exchange rate
- Coordinate with Thai suppliers about new specification of parts as per customer request to get a quotation and supply parts to customer
- Issue Invoice and purchase order to supplier
- Negotiate and follow up with each supplier about delivery
- Issue invoice, packing and arrange shipment (Sea Shipment and Air Shipment) according to buyers request
- Read and check Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Issue shipping documents as per Letter of Credit (L/C) request, including Bill of Loading document (B/L) and related privileged form (Form CO) and finally present to bank
- Thai nationality, male/female, 25-30 years
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in export field
- Able to use Microsoft Office especially excel (Vlookup)
- Good command of speaking and writing English
- Good command of speaking and writing Japanese (At least N3)
- Preferable Skill / Experience: Experience in trading at consumer electronics manufacturers
