- Support for HR&GA function in school
- Prepare all necessary documents to apply work permit and Visa by coordinating with Japanese staff and teacher
- Manage all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification.
- Translate various documents from Thai to Japanese and vice versa
- Other tasks as assigned
- Thai nationality, female, 25-30 years
- Bachelor degree
- Experience in HR&GA more than 2 years
- Good command of Japanese (At least N3)
- Good command of English
- Able to Visa & Work permit
- Able to support documents task and basic accounting
