- Recruitment and Selection
- Assist with end to end recruitment process
- Compensation and Benefits programs
- Prepare monthly payroll reports
- Participate in regular market salary and benefits survey
- Training and Development
- Arrange and coordinate the delivery of training programs
- Performance Management
- Assist in the annual performance appraisal exercises
- Assist with liaison with external government agencies and UNION
- Assist with internal employee communication
- Staff Welfare
- Assist the arrangement of the activities relating to staff welfare, general well-being and wellness of employees
- Other HR duties
- Follow through on HR audits as and when required
- Assist with expatriate management
- Thai nationality, Male/Female, age 30-39 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resource management or any other relevant field
- 10 years of experience in HR Generalist role with at least 2 years are in a supervisory role
- Experience liaising with UNION and working in industrial/engineering will be advantageous
- Possess strong command of English to communicate effectively with stakeholders involved that will speak and read in English
- Good knowledge of HR best practices, policies and manpower legislation
- Experience working with Japanese companies will be a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizing skill.
