Workplace Area: BTS Mochit, Bangkok Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday to Friday)
- Translate document and minute of meeting including the comment both from English to Japanese and Japanese to English
- Take minute of meeting and explain in English and Thai (sometimes in Japanese)
- Coordinate administrative job for internal department
- Translate general document both of English and Japanese as assigned
- Participate as translator on co-inspection meeting between customer and company as assigned
- Support to submit required document include Minute of meeting and report
- Prepare minute of meeting and circulate for reviewing before submission
- Other task as assigned
- Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 25-35
- Bachelor degree from any field
- At least 5 years of working experience as Secretary, Coordinator, Interpreter and translator
- Business command in English with TOEIC 800 up or equivalent
- Business command in Japanese (N2)
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Preferable Skill / Experience: Pleasant and approachable person with a positive attitude.
- Able to do multi-task.
