Reservations Officer

atPremier Group
  • Handle bookings from local customers & overseas clients and make hotel reservations
  • Taking and replying to all reservations via telephone, emails and other communication channels with a professional manner
  • Provide hotel and related travel information to incoming enquiries
  • Other administrative duties in relation to bookings, tracing, charging, handling and inputting reservation.
  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • 3 years working experience in related field preferred.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Possess good written and verbal command of English
  • Willing to work in the hotel industry and able to work in a shift schedule.
  • Proactive, service minded and positive attitude to work with flexibility.
  •  Able to multi-task and work independently under pressure.
  •  Good team player
  •  Reservations knowledge is an advantage
