• Operations & Quality: Oversee daily F&B operations (front and back of house) to ensure seamless service and maintain luxury hospitality standards, including Leading Quality Assurance (LQA).

• Creative & Events: Partner with Sales & Marketing to conceptualize and execute innovative menus, banquets, and seasonal events to drive revenue.
• Hygiene & Safety: Enforce strict standards for cleanliness, food safety, and organizational order across all F&B areas.
• Sustainability & Local Sourcing: Champion eco-friendly practices, minimize waste, and actively collaborate with local suppliers to showcase regional ingredients.
• Experience: Proven F&B management experience in a luxury or boutique hotel environment, backed by a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields.
• Core Skills: Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control), excellent leadership and coaching abilities, and effective conflict-resolution skills.
• Standards: Deep understanding of luxury guest expectations; knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards is highly preferred.
• Innovation & Values: A creative thinker with a demonstrated passion for sustainability, eco-friendly practices, and community engagement.
• Technical & Language: Good command of English and proficiency in hotel POS systems and Microsoft Office.
