Responsibilities

• Manage selected Exclusive Brand to be successful in Watsons Thailand
• Negotiate & Cooperate with Brand owner to reach agreement on Trading term, Exclusivity and A&P support plan that enabler to achieved company target
• Correspondence with both Regional team & Brand owner in day to day basis
• Promotion planning & Range review NPD in-out to reach target Sales & Profit
• Work closely with marketing team to build up Brand & success NPD launch
• Stock monitoring together with Supply Chain to keep balance level
• Operation correspondence for all issue related to Brand handling
• Product Knowledge training with Brand, and ready be trainer for Operation team (PMC, PBS)

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing or Business Management or relate
• 5 -10 years, experienced in import Beauty brand management in distributor / Retailer Company
• Prefer usually working in International environment
• English literacy in Business level, Good computer skill (MS office), Good interpersonal & able to negotiate & follow up
• Multitasking Punctual, Organize, patient in detail working and Ad - hoc request
