Qualifications :
1. Male or Female age between 27 to 33 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Nursing, IT, or Business would be advantage
3. Experienced in IT training or IT support at least 2 years
4. Experienced in working with Start Up company would be advantage
Responsibilities :
1. Manage and control follow implementation plan
2. Define and manage incident and problem management flow
3. Prepare guideline and training material
4. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
