Key Responsibility:

• Oversee and manage the Finance Data Analytics team focused on driving effective visualization/dashboarding that supports decision-making and activities including prioritization, development, and delivery of analytic solutions.
• Drive / Lead teams to perform key steps in the data analysis process, ranging from data extraction, data preparation, developing analysis model and visualizing results.
• Initiate the data analytics tools and techniques to identify patterns, extract outliers, and perform analyses to address decision-making.
• Drive a performance management culture by mobilizing and developing individuals at all levels, encouraging cross-team collaboration and leading departments to achieve positive results.
• Contribute to written deliverables and reporting of outcomes to New Business.
• Partner with IT, and Finance to ensure deployment and cross-leveraging of the data and analytic solutions.
• Responsible to lead the development of an innovation culture within the Finance and Accounting team and promoting new ways of working.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams, and dive deep into the details.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance
• At least 7 years of experience in data visualization tools e.g, Power BI is a MUST.
• Experiences in management reporting, finance and accounting or related fields preferred, but not required
• Experience in Retail business is a plus
• Highly proficient in Excel's Pivot table, Formulae and VBA, as well as well-versed in other data analytic programs and data management programs such as Access, SQL, Python, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs needed for presentation making.
• Team management
• Good command of English
