• Bachelor degree in Mechanical ,Electrical Engineer
• Refrigeration syst design,Installation,maintenance
• Experience in retail or industrial refrigeration

Key Responsibility

• Managing refrigeration scope of work for new store, refresh and replacement project
• Managing maintenance Opex and replacement Capex budget
• Managing our partner to meet up Design and installation STD
• Develop refrigeration cabinet, system, ice maker and other meat table to meet up Lotus's STD and business needs
• Deliver refrigeration initiatives for maintenance and energy cost
• Managing contractor performance in order to meet refrigeration SLA and ensure end warrantee quality
• Technical support for deliver temperature quality and minimize maintenance cost
• Deliver sustainability by reducing refrigerations energy cost and leak program
• Instruct, trouble shooting and training for our FM store, Hub and Area team to improve people competency
• Support any business program and input for all business case

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Refrigeration Engineer or related
• At least 5 years experience in retail refrigeration system design, installation and maintenance
• Have an experience and knowledgeable for retail or industrial refrigeration.

• Excellent communication
• Strong analysis and critical thinking
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication in English
