  • Translate consumer and market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement integrated communication plans across the full customer journey and key touchpoints.
  • Manage End to end corporate campaign communication

2. Agency & Creative Management

  • Lead agency relationships, including campaign briefing, creative development, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Oversee the approval process and secure stakeholder sign-off on creative outputs.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Media Planning and In-store Marketing teams to ensure campaign consistency across channels.
  • Align messaging and execution to deliver a seamless and impactful customer experience.

4. Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage campaign production and communication asset budgets, including forecasting and cost optimization.
  • Drive efficiencies while maintaining creative and executional quality.

5. Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign timelines and ensure on-time delivery of milestones.
  • Engage and manage stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle.

6. Market Trends & Innovation

  • Monitor external market trends, competitive landscape, and innovations.
  • Integrate new insights and best practices into campaign planning and delivery.

7. Post Launch evolution and key learning


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in MBA or Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Media Planning
  • Experts in Marketing Campaign Development with Communication Briefing, IMC Plan and Execution as end-to-end with well project management
  • Able to inspire others with storytelling to present on creative idea and plan,
  • Understanding in Retail Business with varieties of formats – Hyper/Super/Mini/Online as omnichannel
