Key Responsibility

• Develop KPI & Performance Dashboard for Shop In Shop and CPFM on Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis
• Analyze multi-dimensional Performance e.g. Cost line analysis, Staff Efficiency, Marketing Efficiency, etc
• Develop Ad-Hoc Analysis as Management’s requirement
• Track the Performance of Products and BD in terms of Sales, GP, RTC, KL, TC, TA, Volume VS Target VS LY
• Provide the Trend and Forecast as Business Analyst and provide recommendation to team
• Be a Business Intelligence Expert for Sales Data, Report, Master Data, and Historical Records
• Work with IT, Finance, Reporting Team, IM, Commercial Team for Report Development and Maintenance
• Lead a session of performance meeting with BD and Operations team in Weekly Meeting
• Cooperate and Support SIS Team and each other
• Etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Analysis and Management or any related fields.
• Having at least 5 years of experiences in Business Analysis and Planning/ Business Execution/ PMO with retail & Space Management/ dynamic business background would be a BIG plus
• Professional Project/ Program Management
• Data Analytics: Customer/ Sales/ Financial Data
• Advance in Excel is needed.
• Effective Stakeholder Management
• Conceptual Thinking
• Strategic Thinking and Management
