Job Description

We are looking for a UI/UX designer who wants to understand how an ecommerce fashion brand works and creates a seamless digital experience for its customers. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys creating pleasing and functional systems.

We are looking for a detail oriented person who is passionate about his/her profession and wants to experiment and bring new ideas to the team. At Pomelo, each team member is expected to work autonomously, often setting their own objectives and key results. The ideal candidate will work with a team who is committed to leveraging technology as a competitive advantage to create innovative products that delight millions of users throughout Asia and beyond.

Responsibilities

Develop wireframes following the specs created by the product management team.

Develop mockups with a focus on usability that follow user flows created in collaboration with the product management team.

Create UI components and UX patterns to share with the Brand and Visual Team so we can improve the workflow between different areas of the company.

Apply findings from quantitative and user behavior analysis to his/her designs.

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant experience UX design for Website/Mobile application

Knowledgeable about Proficient with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and Zeplin.

High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Quick learner who is always interested in learning more.

Excellent written and verbal communicator with ability to communicate in English at a high level

Start-up or ecommerce experience is a plus
