Job Description
Brand Foundations
Champion key PME brands in MEA APAC, supporting Brand Directors and Director of Brand Experience, liaising with Global Brand teams and working with MEA APAC brand team and country leads to:
- Be brand custodian and voice of the brand with multiple stakeholders from global to regional to hotel level to drive internal education for brand DNA and key differentiators
- Communicate and support annual updating of brand standards and help manage external brand audit process
- Support implementation (and localization) of global brand SOPs and new brand service culture rollouts to drive consistency of brand experience
- Manage consistent implementation of brand identities across all channels
- Help up-level Accor’s ability to deliver key brand experiences, ensuring country teams and hotels are equipped to deliver on key brand markers and brand F&B touch points
- Support the creation, translation/localization and distribution of core internal brand assets, immersions, pitch decks and training materials
Brand & Guest Experience
- Support ongoing improvement of the guest experience across all brands and drive the Quality monitoring process to ensure consistency across hotels of the same brand
- Help track and report on satisfaction scores, implement strategies and initiatives for improvement, share best practices
- Create tools, playbooks and training content to help hotel teams up level guest experience and deliver tangible and consistent brand experience
- Deploy new brand & guest experience initiatives and manage pilot projects
- Liaise with global teams and regional/country teams, operations, procurement, T&C and others to communicate and deliver new brand programs
- Drive and animate the Guest Experience Community on Atiom to educate about Guest Experience and to implement new initiatives
Brand Marketing
- Support PME brand marketing effort to drive awareness of PME brands in MEA APAC through:
- Support effective implementation of MEAAPAC Strategic Marketing Plans and ICP campaign calendar for PME brands across MEA APAC
- Help execute and localize global brand campaigns in region for key brands across MEA APAC, supporting Brand Directors and collaborating with global brand, marketing, digital and country leadership to define/deliver on campaign KPIs
- Execute offline, in-market and in-hotel brand activations across MEA APAC to drive brand awareness, linkage with All.com and with ALL—Accor Live Limitless
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or related fields with minimum 4+ years experience in Guest Experience or Brand Marketing, preferably in a regional or a global capacity.
- Experience in hotel operations preferred
- Previous creative, design or media agency background preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communications, with proven ability to articulate complicated ideas simply and impactfully
- Knowledge of consumer brand landscape within/beyond travel industry
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal sales skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
