• Manage and support all the systems in the hotel.
• Provide in-house guest IT related matter
• Perform regular system’s health check and capacities studies to ensure optimumperformance of service and network.
• Mange system changes with appropriate support staff to ensure uninterrupted services.

Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses

• A minimum of 3-5 years experiences in as international five –star hotel.
• Knowledgeable on PMS Opera Cloud / Infrasys Cloud / My HR Cloud / Futurelog system / SUN Cloud.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and to plan and execute events
• Ability to work well under presure in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill in both of English and Thai.
