Our Strategy and Transactions (SaT) team works with clients to manage their capital agendas, drive competitive advantage, and increase returns. Major groups within SaT include Infrastructure Advisory, M&A Services, Project Finance, Restructuring Services, Transaction Strategy and Execution, Transaction Support, and Valuation and Business Modeling.

In Infrastructure Advisory, you will have an opportunity to help public and private sector clients negotiate the entire infrastructure project lifecycle, from the policy and planning phase, to advising on feasibility study preparation, right through to assisting with project procurement and contract management.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team, with opportunities available at multiple levels of seniority (Consultant, Senior Consultant and Manager).

Responsibilities:

• Perform research to inform infrastructure policy development. Specific tasks may include gathering insights from international case studies and best practice, collating relevant data, and supporting training programs/events
• Assist with the preparation of commercial and financial analysis for project feasibility studies. Specific tasks may include business model development, risk analysis, gathering assumptions, and financial modelling
• Support procurement and transaction advisory for clients on major infrastructure projects and transactions, including public-private partnerships
• Provide project management and coordination support with regional EY offices (e.g., Australia, Singapore), clients, external advisors (e.g., technical, legal) and other relevant stakeholders on infrastructure initiatives, events, and projects
• Assist with preparing presentation materials for business development and relationship building activities with prospective clients

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Engineering
• Experience in project finance, or infrastructure project development is preferred
• Well-rounded technical skills (e.g., accounting, and financial)
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively, depending on project demands
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interact with, manage and build relationships with clients
