• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
• Manage staff scheduling, manpower allocation, and daily sales activities.
• Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor product performance, stock availability, and inventory movement.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively.

• Prepare sales reports and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields.

• 5 - 8 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 - 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

• Experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, premium retail, department store, or multi-brand retail is preferred.

• Strong leadership, sales management, and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work 6 days per week and work on a shift basis.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
