Policy & Employee Relations Manager
āļāļĩāđāđāļāļāļ° āļĄāļāļĨāļĨāđ āļāļĢāļļāđāļ āļāļģāļāļąāļKey Responsibilities:
- Policy Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and organizational goals. Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance and relevance to business needs. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on policy interpretation and application.
- Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on employee relations matters, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues with discretion and professionalism, ensuring fair resolution. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies to mitigate legal risks. Act as a liaison with government agencies and regulatory bodies when required. Develop and deliver compliance training to managers and employees.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor trends in employee relations and provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Prepare and present reports on employee relations activities, grievances, and policy updates.
- Leadership & Training: Provide coaching and training to managers on conflict resolution, employee engagement, and policy adherence. Lead and mentor the Employee Relations team, if applicable, to ensure effective delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in employee relations, HR policy management, or a related HR function.
- Proven track record in handling complex employee relations issues and implementing HR policies.
- Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Communication / Language: strong verbal and written communication skills including facilitation and presentation both in English and Thai
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
