Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for shaping the product development direction and success metrics of specific product lines under guidance, performing market research, and analyzing client requirements to align the company's product development strategy.

• Manage the product line portfolio under guidance, including the internal development roadmap and external market share. Define product strategies regarding pricing, positioning, and promotion, ensuring a leading market position.

• Play an essential role between R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and clients, and be familiar with the product development lifecycle, market trends, and competitive landscape while collecting feedback from clients/sales to advise the product team for better feature development.

• Establish relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders under guidance. Effectively communicate product updates while gathering customer feedback to ensure the product aligns with market needs and business objectives.

• Develop product specifications and target costs, assess feasibility, manage introduction, and monitor the schedule.

• Plan, manage, communicate, and coordinate the product project schedule.

• Conduct market and product trend surveys to provide R&D departments with valuable references for product development.

• Conduct product application promotions and assist in planning marketing activities, producing publicity materials, and organizing customer briefing sessions.

• Propose product solutions in response to global customer needs and give responses on technical specifications to obtain bids.

• Timely feedback and react to general problems, and provide solutions.

• Be proficient in job-related knowledge and skills and have a well problem-solving and analysis ability.

• New business strategy planning

• Fluent in Thai and English (Mandarin a plus)
