Your main role is to:

Executing the maintenance and repair of production equipment, replacement of components, and improve the degree of automation.

Analysis and repair the problem on the circuit board of Power supply

Execute ECR/ECN processes to ensure correct product manufacturing and maintain specifications.

Oversee sample release, production specification follow-up, and product data maintenance.

Conduct non-conforming product analysis, defective material analysis, and scrap verification.

Perform product test verification, validation, and substitutive material testing.

Maintain and repair products using solder equipment and semi/auto machines (e.g., BGA semi-auto machine).

Handle new model pilot runs and related production matters.

Educate and train newcomers on material recognition and product introduction.

Analyzing and improving process technology.

Developing and constructing new production technology and new equipment.

Factory layout.

Training and inheriting production technology.

Leading the planning and implementation of various projects.

Who are we looking for?

Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Telecommunication Engineering

or related field.

Be familiar with electronic parts and shall acquire certain knowledge about the circuit analysis.

Experience in repairing electronic products

Good command of spoken and written in English, computer literacy.
