Position: Manager | Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Overview: KPMG Thailand's Legal M&A team seeks an experienced legal professional to provide advisory services on domestic and international transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advising on deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
• Drafting and reviewing transactional agreements including purchase contracts and shareholder agreements
• Coordinating large deal teams from due diligence through closing
• Conducting legal risk investigations and providing mitigation strategies
• Collaborating with finance, tax, and compliance teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law
• 6-10 years experience at law firms or as in-house counsel
• M&A and restructuring expertise with business law knowledge
• Experience with finance-related agreements (ISDA, derivatives, guarantees)
• Strong English communication abilities
• Demonstrated client management capabilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility to change
