Role Overview:
Handle and follow up all import shipment of both commercial and non-commercial of Crop protection chemical, Seeds, Lawn &Garden, Seed Care and any other material or machine, spare parts - Coordinate with Third and fourth party logistics providers.
Coordinate with warehouse for unloading import cargo.
Consult with the other government agency (OGA) (i.e. Department of agriculture (DoA), Food and Drug administration (FDA) etc.) at customs checkpointsto smoothen import process.
To control cost under PVDE budget (related to inbound scope).
To perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (such as follow up third party's billing, provide monthly report etc.) - Follow company policies, trade & customs laws and regulation, and all implemented.
3 - 5 years of experience in the import function.
Well knowledge of all import shipments and customs documentation& process, freight & shipping inlands cost price structure.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics or in any related fields.
Good English especially in reading and writing.
Experienced in crop protection chemical and/or seeds product will be preferable.
