Job Description:

We are looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design and maintain data pipelines, prepare and optimize data for AI/ML projects, and help deploy AI solutions that support business decisions. You’ll work closely with Data Scientists and business teams to turn data into actionable insights, automate workflows, and ensure our data systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Design and maintain scalable data architecture.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
• Prepare data for AI/ML workflows (cleaning, feature engineering, preprocessing).
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy AI/ML models.
• Automate repetitive data and AI workflows.
• Ensure data security, governance, and compliance.
• Work closely with business teams to provide insights for decision-making.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor Degree in IT, computer science, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in data engineer roles
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools (Spark, Airflow, cloud platforms)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model deployment.
• Experience with automation and workflow orchestration.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
