The Creative & Arts Officer/Senior Officer is responsible for enhancing and beautifying the atmosphere of the shopping center through creative and artistic endeavors. This role involves conceptualizing, planning, and executing visual and decorative elements that contribute to an inviting and aesthetically pleasing shopping environment. The Creative & Arts Officer/Senior Officer collaborates with the management team to ensure that the shopping center's ambiance aligns with its brand identity and seasonal themes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for decorating and enhancing the shopping center's ambiance.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation of decorative elements, including signage, lighting, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure that all decorative elements align with the shopping center's brand and marketing strategies.
• Manage the budget for creative and artistic projects, including cost estimation and expense tracking.
• Regularly assess the impact of decorative elements on customer experience and make improvements as needed.
• Stay informed about design and art trends to keep the shopping center's ambiance fresh and engaging.
• Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and special promotions through visual displays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Fine Arts, Design, Visual Merchandising).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Creative & Arts role, especially Decorate the ambiance of the shopping center or related.
• Previous experience in creative and artistic roles, with a focus on decorating commercial spaces.
• Strong artistic and creative skills, with the ability to bring innovative ideas to life.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer preferences.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
