As an Ecommerce Sales and Marketing Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate online sales and marketing efforts. Responsibilities include overseeing promotional campaigns, monitoring website performance, analyzing consumer behavior, and collaborating with the cross-function team. Your role involves optimizing product listings, enhancing the user experience, and implementing strategies to increase online sales. Strong organizational skills, digital marketing expertise, and a keen understanding of Ecommerce trends are key for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

▪ Develop category/brands trade plan and prioritize campaign level for each platform to drive commercial performance to achieve target

▪ Drive and lead the working collaboration with platforms and brand team to deliver best in class online execution and gaining optimal shopper experience

▪ Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets

▪ Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout

▪ Create campaign mechanic and promotional scheme that fit with platform's insight

▪ Create pricelist by aligning with brand directions and campaign level

▪ Store and customer journey design to showcase product and support best shopping experience

▪ Manage media budget with ability to optimize the key investment vs visibility gained from platforms

▪ Analyze analytics data to learn how users interact with our websites

▪ Monthly performance analysis with pre/post campaign evaluation and ROI management
