About the Role

A jewelry company in Bangkok is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly technology-driven Social Commerce & AI-Driven Operations Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce & Social Commerce Operations: Manage, update, and upload product listings on Shopify and TikTok Shop. Set up and optimize social commerce channels, including Live Shopping and automated ad campaigns like GMV Max as our business grows.
• Social Media Channel Management: Organically organize, schedule, and publish creative content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms using the help of AI.
• AI Workflow Optimization: Use AI tools like Claude (advanced level), ChatGPT, or Gemini to massively boost daily productivity. Train and leverage AI assistants (AI agents) to help with product data management, copywriting, market research, image organization, and translations.
• Content Creation & Editing: Capture clean product images and videos. While a professional photography background is not required, the ability to film dynamic short-form videos and edit visual assets for social media is essential.
• Freelancer Coordination: Coordinate and manage relationships with external freelancers when needed.

Good English communication skills. It does not need to be flawless, but you must be able to collaborate smoothly, write basic copy with AI assistance, and understand clear instructions.

Advantage: Prior experience with Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, CapCut, or other video/photo editing software is a strong plus.
