About the role

Serve as a lecturer in the Brand Communication curriculum at the Faculty of Communication Arts, Dhurakij Pundit University. Design and deliver teaching that connects brand knowledge with real-world industry practice across Brand Strategy, Brand Communication, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Customer Experience, and Creative Business.

Key responsibilities

Teach courses related to brand communication, including brand identity design, brand building, creative writing and storytelling for brand communication, customer insights, communication strategy, brand experience, digital media creation, research and data analysis for brand communication, sustainable brand management, artificial intelligence for brand communication, and media management

  • Design learning experiences that link brand knowledge with real industry work and promote student use of AI and digital tools for analysis, design, planning, creation, and evaluation of brand communication work
  • Promote student use of customer insights, research, consumer listening, and data analysis to develop brand strategies, content, campaigns, and brand experiences that address target audiences
  • Mentor, train, and advise students in developing Brand Portfolio, Campaign Portfolio, Content Portfolio, Brand Proposal, Creative Brief, Media Plan, and work applicable to job applications or business development
  • Support students in creating real work from briefs provided by brands, organizations, entrepreneurs, communities, or partner institutions to practice problem analysis, strategy development, concept presentation, and production of usable work
  • Develop learning activities connected to multiple platforms including traditional media, online media, social media, short-form video, websites, online community platforms, and other digital channels to help students understand integrated brand communication
  • Participate in planning and supporting curriculum and faculty marketing communications, including content production, student work presentation, curriculum image building, guidance activities, Open House, Workshop, Brand Camp, and student recruitment activities
  • Help develop and present curriculum strengths through online media, digital platforms, faculty activities, and professional networks to build awareness, interest, and confidence in the curriculum among secondary students, parents, and prospective students
  • Participate in building cooperation networks with brands, organizations, agencies, entrepreneurs, communities, and industry to support student learning, practice, real projects, internships, and career opportunities
  • Conduct research, creative work, academic services, and academic work related to brand communication, digital marketing, consumer behavior, customer insights, artificial intelligence for brand communication, and the creative industries; participate in curriculum development, curriculum activities, faculty activities, and university activities, and other assigned work

About you

  • Master's degree or higher in Communication Arts, Brand Communication, Marketing Communication, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, Business Administration, Digital Media, or related field
  • 2 years or more of work experience in brand building, brand communication, brand strategy development, marketing communication, campaign execution, marketing content production, or digital media management
  • Understanding of Brand Identity, Brand Building, Brand Positioning, Brand Experience, Customer Insight, Consumer Behavior, Storytelling, and Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Ability to teach and develop student skills in brand identity design, brand building, creative writing and storytelling for brand communication, brand experience planning, and brand communication strategy design
  • Ability to use or apply data and data analysis tools to understand customers, target audiences, consumer behavior, Customer Journey, customer voice, and apply data to plan brand communication effectively
