เป็น Team Lead ในการประสานงานกับ ZH เพื่อทำการสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ และ Campaign ต่าง ๆ ให้เข้าใจ และรับทราบถึงเป้าหมายร่วมกัน

วางแผนในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถในด้านการขายของพนักงานธนาคารร่วมกับ ZH

ติดตาม และประเมินผลงานการขายให้ได้ตามแผนงานที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้

ดูแลพัฒนาทีมงาน ร่วมประชุมวางแผน Coaching IS เพื่อช่วยให้การทำงานมีประสิทธิภาพ สามารถบรรลุเป้าหมายได้

นำข้อมูลจาก Sales Report มาวิเคราะห์ และประเมินผลงานในแต่ละภาค พร้อมทั้งหาสาเหตุและแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา

เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับ RH และ ZH

ทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีม ให้สอดคล้องเป็นไปในแนวทางเดียวกันกับ Head sales และ AVP
