Job Responsibilities

Analyze PTT Digital's business direction, market dynamics, pricing structures, digital technology trends, and future market opportunities to support strategic planning, business development, and long-term competitiveness.

• Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, pricing analysis, forecasting, and business model assessment to identify business opportunities and improve organizational performance.

• Monitor digital market developments, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify potential applications and improvement opportunities for PTT Digital's internal operations and business performance.

• Evaluate and apply advanced technologies—including Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation, and Enterprise Platforms—to support business model transformation and digital transformation initiatives.

• Analyze existing business and operational processes (As-is) to identify pain points, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, and design future-state processes (To-be) enabled by appropriate digital technologies.

• Analyze business, financial, and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for strategic planning, management decision-making, performance improvement, and value realization.

• Develop and assess business cases for digital transformation, technology investment, and business improvement initiatives, including feasibility, benefits, costs, risks, ROI, cost savings, and expected financial and operational impact.

• Analyze budgets, actual performance, forecasts, and variances to monitor initiative performance and support effective financial and resource management.

• Translate business requirements into appropriate IT solutions and clearly define the expected business value, serving as a bridge between Business and Technology teams.

• Support the assessment and management of IT costs, technology investments, service levels, and vendors to ensure alignment with business priorities and expected outcomes.

• Manage or coordinate assigned transformation projects and programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholders, and deliverables, to ensure effective execution in line with business objectives.

• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, and other internal functions to translate strategic objectives and business requirements into practical, value-driven transformation initiatives.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with stakeholders at all organizational levels—from senior management and C-level executives to operational teams—to ensure alignment, timely decision-making, and effective execution.

• Support change management activities by assessing organizational impacts, communicating transformation objectives and benefits, addressing resistance to change, and facilitating the adoption of new processes, technologies, systems, and ways of working.

• Prepare business analyses, recommendations, executive presentations, project updates, and other relevant information to support management decision-making on business and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• At least three years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Business Transformation, Business Strategy, Technology Consulting, Business Analysis, Project or Program Management, or a related area.

• Experience in IT Services, Technology, Digital Solutions, Technology Consulting, or another B2B service industry is highly preferred.

• Experience providing technology or digital services to enterprise customers would be an advantage.

• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a good understanding of business strategy, business models, market analysis, pricing, forecasting, competitive benchmarking, and future digital market trends.

• Good knowledge of advanced technologies—including Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AI, Automation, and Enterprise Platforms—with the ability to apply technology to business model and organizational transformation.

• Good understanding of the role of IT in enabling business strategy and performance, including IT operating models, IT services, IT organizations, service delivery, and technology investment.

• Ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions and measurable business value, and to act effectively as a bridge between Business and Technology teams.

• Understanding of IT cost management, technology investment, service-level management, and vendor management.

• Strong process analysis and optimization skills, including As-is and To-be process design and the application of digital technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision-making capabilities, with the ability to generate insights, support strategic planning, evaluate performance, and measure financial and operational value.

• Good understanding of fundamental financial concepts, including revenue, cost, profit, and margin.

• Ability to analyze budgets, actual results, forecasts, and variances and to evaluate business cases, ROI, cost savings, and the financial impact of transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing or coordinating transformation projects or programs, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or other relevant project delivery methodologies would be an advantage.

• Good understanding of change management principles, including change-impact assessment, communication, stakeholder engagement, resistance management, and user adoption.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage expectations across all organizational levels, from C-level executives to operational teams.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across Business, Technology, Operations, and Finance.

• A TOEIC score of at least 600 is required.
