Responsibilities

Able to relocate and be based in Ayutthaya.

• Review and approve labeling of imported non-food products (Home Line, Hard Line, and Soft Line) under Private Label brands to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and control the quality of imported non-food products (Home Line, Hard Line, and Soft Line) under Private Label brands to ensure product quality, customer safety, and full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct and manage manufacturing site evaluations and audits for imported non-food products, ensuring compliance with Big C manufacturing facility standards and quality requirements.
• Investigate, monitor, and manage customer complaints and regulatory inquiries related to product quality and safety, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports, quality updates, and operational summaries for the Non-Food Imported team to relevant stakeholders.

Qualification

Bachelor Degree or higher

• Able to relocate and be based

in Ayutthaya.

• Experience at least 4 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or Product Development within Retail, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Import Business.
• Knowledge of product labeling regulations and product safety requirements for non-food consumer products.
• Experience in supplier audits, factory assessments, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of Excel and Data
• Good command of English
