Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Coordinate and support financial analytics processes to identify trends, address challenges, and recommend opportunities for improvement in the financial landscape.

2. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams across the organization to streamline financial processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

3. Financial Tools Implementation: Lead the implementation of new financial tools or systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

4. International Funding Management: Oversee and manage funding arrangements with overseas financial institutions, ensuring optimal capital structure and efficient use of financial resources.

5. Overseas Operations Support: Monitor and support financial operations of international branches/subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance for daily financial tasks to ensure smooth operations.

7. Ad-Hoc Projects: Handle special projects as required, depending on organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Corporate Finance.
• Experience in banking, lending/credit analysis, or trade finance will be considered an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of banking products and services (e.g., loans, credit facilities, treasury products, trade finance).

• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex financial operations.
• Creative problem-solving skills for ad-hoc financial analysis projects.

• Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and resilient attitude.

• Experience in working with international funding or managing overseas branch operations will be a plus.
