Job Purpose (Accountability)

• Perform special assistance to passengers requiring most and personalized assistance, such as VVIP, VIP, Business Class passengers and others in accordance with operations safety and security of the Passenger Services to comply with CAAT regulations, IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA), International regulatory requirements and company standard.

Duties /

Responsibilities

1.Perform special assistance to passengers requiring most and personalized assistance such as VVIP , VIP , Business Class passengers and other related kinds of passengers who require special assistance. The performance must be in accordance with Company's safety and security programme and is to achieve passenger's utmost satisfaction.

2.Perform VIP service during check-in, embarkation, disembarkation, and transit by coordinating with concerned units in accordance with standard procedures.

3.In the event of flight disruptions, to be manned and provide assist to passengers requiring special assistance to avoid possible complaint in the future.

4.Control and evaluate work performance of outside providers on daily / monthly basis and report to superior level.

5.Embark and disembark passengers to and from the aircraft correctly following the working procedure.(if applicable)

6.Prepare and serve food and beverage at specific departure lounge including housekeeping duty when necessary.Give correct information regarding flight status to passenger.(if applicable)

7.Coordinate with concerned units to provide precise and adequate information to passenger.Ensure that Company's assets in lounge are ready to used in good condition.(if applicable)

8.Perform baggage handling and handle baggage irregularity, including assistance passengers regarding delayed/damaged/pilfered baggage and perform proactively to assist passenger at the arrival baggage carrousel. (If applicable)
