Customer Success Associate (Junior/Associate)

Bangkok, Thailand (Full-time)

We are looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team and build the most powerful freelancing platform in Southeast Asia.
In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for both customers and freelancers. You’ll handle inquiries across multiple channels, solve problems with care and professionalism, and work closely with internal teams to improve our service. Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and helpful support to customers and freelancers through designated communication channels (e.g., chat, email, or phone).
  • Take full ownership of user inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution by coordinating closely with internal teams such as Product, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Handle complex or urgent situations with calmness, empathy, and professionalism, maintaining a positive customer experience at all times.
  • Proactively identify recurring issues or improvement opportunities, and communicate insights clearly to relevant teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by contributing suggestions to improve service processes, product features, or user experience.
  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset and stay updated on platform features, policies, and best practices to ensure accurate and up-to-date support.

Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Comfortable adapting to constant changes in product and workflows.
  • Able to work occasional OT on weekends or public holidays (typically 3–5 days/month)
  • Strong command of the Thai language, with clear and polite verbal communication and correct grammar and spelling in writing.
  • Good command of English, particularly in reading and writing.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience related to Customer Service, with hands-on experience handling live chat, email, and phone calls.
  • Experience in online platforms, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Familiar with CRM tools or Help Desk systems for logging, tracking, and managing customer cases.
