Identify sales opportunities and maximize orders through technical sales activities for B2B customers on the company's products and services.Improve customer satisfaction and receive more orders by offering timely response to the technical issues that may arise during technical sales activities.
Role and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Responsible for design from conceptual through detailed phases and leading of others, including the design/drafters to meet Customer requirement
- Perform accurate engineering calculations to determine load requirements, equipment sizing, energy efficiency, and system performance.
- Create detailed system layouts, schematics using computer-aided design (CAD) software, adhering to industry standards and project specifications.
- Site work for obtaining existing field conditions for design.
- Prepares technical design reports including basis of design and system evaluations.
- Reviews of construction shop drawings, requests for information, change orders and other similar tasks during the construction phase of the project.
- Work closely with relevant person, providing technical guidance and actively participating in design.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualification
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, major in Mechanical field.
- 2-6 years working experience in the design of HVAC systems, particularly air conditions, for commercial ,Residential and industrial building strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Good skill of analysis and design with computer software Auto Cad, Revit or BIM.
- Good knowledge of standards and codes i.e., ASHRAE or LEED.
- Excellent in problem solving.
- Good Communication and be able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
