True IDC is currently growing up with the most of SI Business which we require an experienced and dynamic sales professional to respond for leading and driving sales engagement with creative thinking of new product and new solution as a managed service business. You will be responsible for a meeting arrangement and exceeding your quota by customer engagements with cross-functional internal team and partners for strategic business planning leaded in to accuracy forecast, ensuring timely and successful delivery all solutions to develop the entire customer experience. The most important thing is your loving of selling and meeting new people/customers with teamwork attitude. More responsibilities require: Customers communication to understand their needs then matching the product and solutions Building and developing customer relationships based on company's value Collaborating between customer, internal team and partners Accuracy sales forecast to achieve target quota Ensuring customer successful on time delivery Developing personal skills (ex. Communication) Updating product and solution knowledge based on industry trends Internal documents process (ex. PR, PO, NDA, Sales report, Contract, POC request, Support request) Qualification: Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing and engineering (preferred) Master's degree in MBA or more education experience may be preferred Compromising/Gentle verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English Adaptability and strong problem solving skills Excellent active listening skills History of exceeding quota for at least 3 years Location : True Tower1, Ratchada, Bangkok (MRT – Thailand Cultural Center)
