TrueMoney is a leading regional payment platform for digital consumers in Southeast Asia across 6 countries: Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. We serve over 30 million people through our e-wallet app and network of 50,000 agents. The Customer Experience product team leads customer-focused initiatives for TrueMoney's mobile e-wallet and represents the interests of our customers during product development. We are seeking a Product Analyst who is passionate about applying analysis and quantitative research to improve the performance of our digital products and services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and engineering to add analytics tracking to new product features.
• Create product performance reports (e.g., funnel analysis, feature usage) for new and existing features.
• Monitor performance of key user flows and make recommendations to improve success rate.
• Partner with product and design teams to conduct quantitative and qualitative user and competitive research.
• Set up and conduct product experiments and A/B tests.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years product-focused data analysis and quantitative research experience.
• Very strong data analysis and problem solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in one or more of Google Analytics, Mixpanel, BigQuery, and Firebase.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of SQL, Data Studio, Tableau is a plus.
• Knowledge of and experience with user-centered design methodology is a plus.
