Director Data & Analytics MANU

Resposibilities;
- Drive and secure that Pandora Production Thailand (hereinafther referred as PPT) is moving toward data-driven organization culture in-line with Data & Analytics COE direction sets
- Oversee Manucaturing Technology (hereinafther referred as MANU) Master Data Management and governance & align with Global Master Data Management & Governance team to ensure enterprise wide scale
- Secure a sustainable data governance agenda/culture to minimized operational disruption and to create strong data foundation for upstream data utilization
- Secure that data & analytics products are adopted and used by business users and clear L&A is provided to activate decisions on products built
- Secure the single source of the truth of data with standardized definition and design to increase data transparency with greater data-driven business dialog
- Build & deliver a clear use case & product roadmap for BI & Advanced Analytics to drive efficiency & value for Pandora
- Ensure that there is always a strong connection between Global programs i.e. D&A Global Platform; e2e supply chain and the virtual operating teams
Key accountabilities:
Set strategic direction
- In close collaboration with Data & Analytics COE and PPT IT, setting the yearly vision, strategy, and plan
Define standards and manuals
- Ensure Data & Analytics PPT standards follows Global policy
- Secure the adoption/creation of standard policy, procedure, process related to BI and data governance
Operate and execute
- Monitor the global adherence of Data & Analytics framework execution in PPT
- Report key developments and periodic status update of all activities related to Data & Analytics MANU to top team
- Secure that the scope of work under Data & Analytics MANU is maintained and delivered to business
- Secure strong team engagement with clear expectation to team while maintain right team capability with continuous development that match with team vision and strategy
- Supervise team with clear Data & Analytics direction, plan, and execution
- Facilitate efforts with Master Data Organization in the business to employ consistent enterprise data management policies, procedures, governance, tools, and methodologies
- Promote the awareness and adoption of master data governance
- Promote data awareness and data-driven culture in the organization
- Secure the development and implementation of reporting roadmaps for PPT, to enable and support PANDORA strategy
- Ensure reporting roadmaps and deliveries are standardized and aligned between stakeholders in Thailand and Global Office and drive the execution of one standardize reporting framework
- Communicate clear governance structure for reporting roadmap in Manufacturing
Drive continuous improvements
- Stay on top of data driven decision / data management agenda from both inside out and outside in and seek business value / opportunity
- Continuously monitor team performance and career development needs to fulfill future ambition
Begin the process of building our delivery & support outside of PPT into GSC

Moving from descriptive to predictive
- Scope & build out clear Use case roadmap for advanced analytics for PPT
- Prioritize roadmap based on potential ROI efficiency for PPT
- Clearly communicate ambition and achieve buy in from PPT leadership
- Deliver product solutions and operationalize within PPT
- Provide clear OKR & freedback loop on the return on investment
Qualifications;
- Master's degree in Business Intelligence, Business Data & Analytics, Computer Science, Advanced Analytics & Machine Learning;, IT Managementideally in an business information or IT Management related field would be preferred
- 8+ years experience in a leadership position, with minimum of 5 years leading and developing BI/Data Management/Data Analytics teams
- Background in delivering commercial benefits through embracing data
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across business units to build trust & confidence in driving data driven decision making through to results impact
- Not afraid to challenge the status quo to deliver insightful findings that will give new perspectives and inspire colleagues
- Ability to speak the language of analytics to non-technical stakeholders
- Team management (most preferred who been managed team 5+ direct reports)
- Stakeholder management: ability to interact seamlessly with C-suite and senior management
- Experience in a data rich company
- Experience in a Tech, Supply Chain Manufacturing business
- Experience with Global or regional structure
- True leader who spreads the passion for data and a data-driven approaches to the wider organisation
- Self-starter; curious; independent, team player able to effectively prioritise activities & requests
- Strong analytical skill set with a clear business impact focus
- Strong people engagement skills
- Fluent English and Thai, strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Team players, drive delivery as team
- Proficient with MS Office /BI Front End: Qlik, Power BI / SQL Query/ Azure / Data Bricks; Synapse
