Job Purpose

Responsible to manage all aspects of product life circle – starting form product concept , implement and post-launch review with proposed action. Also manage relationship with channel/partners and available on shelf products to ensure good proposition with optimized VNB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Proposition & Marketing Strategy and Product Concept
• Develop product marketing strategy and proposition for responsible channel to successful delivery target.
• Design and deliver product based on “Out-side in” concept. Drive Customers acquisition, bring vibrancy, and add value to the company.
• Access Customers research, understand insight, translate to product ideas and design analysis
• Optimize marketing processes and integrate innovative ideas, trends, insight, and development across distribution channels in order to maximize sale and customers satisfaction
• Support senior in reinsurance discussion or provide high level information to support supervisor on reinsurance negotiation in stage of product concept and underwriting discussion
• Create product communication messaging that differentiates our products in the market and align with contact point to connect consumer with their language, segmentations and behavior
• Provide training deck and go train to the trainer in part relating to product
• Ensure that product features/process comply with regulatory and internal product governance
