Job Purpose

Work with Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited, which is an important partner that will help to create company's portfolio in order to accomplish both service and company’s income/profit. The position also requires to supervise BDE, the SCB's team and channel executives to achieve common goal

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coaching Bank sellers (SCB staff) to develop their essential competencies which cover hard skills & soft skills
• Partner with RM to develop pipeline report to identify potential customers. analyze customers profile and define products that meet customers’ needs
• Develop sales plan with RM to achieve sale goals
• Co-visit customers with RM
• Coordinate with Sales Promotion and Event Management Team to design and arrange sales activity and/or campaign for responsible team/ area
• Reduce complaints from incorrect sales
• Motivate and encourage sellers to sell continuously and consistently.
