THE POSITION

• Create engaging and impactful learning experiences that accelerate employee development, strengthen critical capabilities, and contribute to Human Pharma business success.
• Partner with the Integrated Learning Lead and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning solutions that advance Boehringer Ingelheim's Go-To-Market strategy and Customer Excellence vision. Tasks & Responsibilities
• Design and deliver impactful onboarding and capability-building programs that strengthen employee performance and support Boehringer Ingelheim's Go-To-Market and Customer Excellence ambitions.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify capability gaps, align learning priorities with business objectives, and develop solutions that drive measurable performance improvement.
• Facilitate and evaluate engaging learning experiences across multiple channels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, skill application, and continuous professional development.
• Leverage and adapt regional and global learning resources to meet local business needs, maximize resource efficiency, and deliver sustainable learning outcomes.
• Support strategic projects, launch readiness initiatives, and Human Pharma operational activities by providing learning expertise, business insights, and training recommendations.
• Monitor and improve learning effectiveness through feedback, performance indicators, and best practices, ensuring training programs remain relevant, impactful, and aligned with evolving business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or science major related. Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare sales experience, with experience in a management role.
• Strong training delivery and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and develop diverse learner groups.
• Good understanding of industry, product, and customer engagement principles within a multi-channel commercial environment.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across functions and influence outcomes.
• Experience in coaching and mentoring to support capability development and performance improvement.
• Proficiency in digital learning tools and learning technologies, with a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning.
• Proficiency for English in professional level and fluent in Thai are required
