Job Purpose

Develop, design, improve and add value to existing material also new training material focus only on company digital tools. Create new course and new training material for all distribution channels (Bank and non-Bank)

Key Responsibilities

• Clarify the goals of the training, develop content, produce training materials, review available training resources that they can use as part of their program and produce a curriculum plan
• Create technology development to support Distribution Learning e.g. prototype learning and testing
• Coordinate with other functions i.e. Branding, Product Proposition, Customer Experience and Compliance for public communication
• Introduce the new material and provide TTT for trainers
• Assess existing training courses and determine how effective the training courses are

• Update or modify training course to incorporate new technology or information
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Education Technology or any related field
• Life Insurance Agent License

• Minimum 5 years of experience in life insurance digital tools
