Provide technical support around Supply Chain domain in specialized .NET applications o Make sure that the applications in charge enable the users and organizations to use them efficiently o Make sure that the application issues related to technical problems well managed and keep under control o Cooperate with other IT professionals to make sure the whole system is well maintained o To implement changes in the system to make them aligned with requirements, by taking into account the constraints linked to the technical scope

• To provide technical support for Supply Chain applications (specialized .NET and Microsoft technologies ) : Assist users in case of question or problem, Manage application incidents and change request in scope of .NET applications in preventive actions / implementation / issues fixing, Collaborate with other teams to analyze issue root cause, develop solutions and complete the changes / fixes, Fix the issue in compliance with SLA and procedure
• To implement preventive action for recurring issues and find a solution to fix, also implement system alert or how to detect
• To manage enhancements in accordance with the procedures which apply in the department : Collect enhancements from key users, Write IT specifications based on business requirements, build test scenario and implement enhancements into production, Develop and Implement of web and windows services applications based on IT specifications, Create and deployment IT solution with Automated Continuous Integration and implemented using the .NET Framework tool into centralized web servers, Test and coordinate with key users for validation and integration test, Regularly communicate to the users the status of the enhancement
• Manage application sources controls and documentation for various projects
• Update document and related artifacts for further reference
• Technical knowledge or best practice sharing among team members

• At least 5 years experience in software development or application support
• Bachelor or Master degree in any related field – IT, Computer Science, MIS (Master degree is preferable)
• Good in English communications: read, write and speak
• Organization and coordination skills
• Being technical and analytical
• Strong experience in .Net and Microsoft related Technologies : .Net Framework 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 / MS SQL Server and BI related technologies (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) Version 2005 - 2010
• Familiar with Microsoft development tools: Visual Studio , SQL Server management studio
• Familiar with 3rd party component integration for web development
• Strong experience application data management techniques: LINQ, Entity Framework, Complex Stored Procedure
• Knowledge of windows service is a plus
• Knowledge of source control – SVN is a plus
