Main Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Accounting to lead our company’s accounting operations across multi-entity businesses. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, internal control, and providing financial insights to support executive decision-making in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports; analyze financial data to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead internal audits and recommend improvements to financial practices and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including auditors and the Revenue Department.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, account reconciliations, inventory and cost accounting, and financial consolidations.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPD required).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multi-entity operations.
• Solid knowledge of TFRS, Thai tax laws, and ERP systems.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, taxation, and consolidation.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, within tight deadlines, and high expectations.

Preferred

• CPA qualification.
• Background in hospitality, food & beverage, or retail industries.
• Prior experience in auditing or internal control is a strong plus.
• Fast learner with a proactive and positive mindset, focused on accountability and results.
