Job Summary:

The Business Execution Analyst supports COO in shaping and executing strategy across thermal power, renewables, energy trading, and emerging energy businesses. The role combines business strategy development, market and competitor analysis, financial assessment, and cross-functional coordination to turn management's strategic direction into actionable plans. It adds value by working closely with country teams, business units, finance, and corporate functions to consolidate plans, challenge assumptions, assess growth options, and prepare management-ready materials for key strategic discussions.

Responsibilities:

Support annual strategy planning, portfolio review, and strategic roadmap development for Power+.

Conduct market, industry, competitor, and energy transition analysis across thermal power, renewables, energy trading, and emerging businesses.

Evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, investment initiatives, and strategic options.

Coordinate with country teams and business units to consolidate business plans, initiatives, assumptions, and financial inputs.

Review, consolidate, and challenge business and financial models for strategy, investment, and portfolio assessment.

Prepare management presentations, discussion papers, and strategic recommendation materials.

Track key strategic initiatives, follow-up actions, and management priorities across relevant workstreams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Energy, or related fields.

5 years of experience in strategy, corporate planning, consulting, investment analysis, project management, or related roles.

Experience in power, energy, infrastructure, utilities, renewables, or energy transition is preferred.

Practical experience with financial analysis, business case assessment, and financial models.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Good command of Thai and English, especially for management presentation and cross-functional coordination.

Comfortable working under ambiguity, tight timelines, and changing management priorities.
