Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Risk Management:
-Develop and implement risk management frameworks aligned with ISO 31000 or COSO ERM.
-Identify key risks and track Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) across departments.
-Prepare risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
-Collaborate with business units to ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place and effective.

Fraud Risk Management:
-Establish and enhance fraud risk prevention and detection mechanisms.
-Coordinate fraud investigations and work with internal audit, legal, and compliance functions.
-Monitor fraud incidents and maintain a central fraud case database.
-Conduct fraud risk assessments and raise awareness through training and communication.

Business Continuity Planning (BCP) & Crisis Management:
-Develop, implement, and update the organization’s BCP aligned with ISO 22301.
-Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessments with relevant departments.
-Organize and lead BCP drills and crisis simulation exercises.
-Support crisis communication planning and coordinate incident response efforts during
disruptions.

Process Improvement:
-Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for
improvement.
-Recommend and implement control enhancements and operational improvements.
-Apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or internal audit findings to drive process
optimization.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with internal controls and risk
mitigation goals.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance,
Engineering, Law, or related fields.
-3–5 years of experience in enterprise risk management, BCP/BCM, fraud prevention, or process
improvement.
-Knowledge of international standards (e.g., ISO 31000, ISO 22301, COSO, Lean Six Sigma) is
highly desirable.
