Bitkub Exchange was established as a digital asset platform on 29 July 2016, licensed by the Ministry of Finance and regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), secured with ISO 27001 standards and advisors who are ready to provide customer advice. The first day of operation of the company is on 9 May 2018.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness across ads and customer communication touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that aligns with brand messaging.
• Utilize Braze, a customer engagement platform, to support CRM campaigns including push notifications, in-app messaging, and email journeys.
• Support performance and lifecycle marketing efforts by building customer segments and engagement flows within Braze.

• Prepare and present reports on ad and CRM performance, identifying actionable insights.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or customer engagement platforms.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager; familiarity with other ad platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills focused on interpreting data to optimize ad campaigns.
• Basic experience with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting.
• Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and their impact on digital advertising.
• English proficiency with a TOEIC score of 600+.
• Ability to manage and optimize multiple campaigns simultaneously with guidance.
